Registration validity: 365 days from the date of payment.

The registration remains valid for 365 days from the date of payment.
Refund Condition
The registration fee will be refunded if Scientia Tutorials does not provide any tuition during the 365-day validity period.
Non-Refund Condition
The registration fee will not be refunded if at least one tuition is provided, even in either of the following situations:
- The guardian is not satisfied after the first class.
- The tutor refuses to start the tuition offered in their locality.

Submit clear images of the required documents through WhatsApp to complete your tutor registration process.

Passport-Size Photograph
One recent passport-size photograph.
Biodata / Resume / CV
Your updated professional biodata or curriculum vitae.
Address Proof
Submit any one of the following documents:
Class 10 Mark Sheet
Secondary education certificate or mark sheet.
Class 12 Mark Sheet
Senior secondary education mark sheet.
Final Graduation Mark Sheet
Final mark sheet for your completed graduation degree.
Final Master's Degree Mark Sheet
Submit the final postgraduate mark sheet if you are registering as a postgraduate tutor.
Tuition Fee Collection and Payment Procedure
Follow these guidelines for collecting tuition fees from guardians and remitting the applicable commission to Scientia Tutorials.

Rules for collecting monthly tuition fees
Collect Fees Directly from the Guardian
Tutors must collect tuition fees directly from the guardian.
Collect Fees After Completing Classes
Fees should be collected only after completing 8, 12, or 16 classes during the month, as applicable to the tuition schedule.
Verify the Attendance Record
The number of completed classes must be verified through the attendance sheet.
No Advance Fee Collection
Tutors must not collect any advance fees from the guardian.
Payments to Scientia Tutorials
Commission rates and payment instructions
Of the tuition fee collected by the tutor must be paid to Scientia Tutorials.
Of the monthly tuition fee must be paid as long as the tuition continues.
